年末に連れて行っていただいた鮨屋さん。
目黒駅から数分という立地の良さがあり、行きやすい。
街に馴染んでいる鮨屋さんというか、堅苦しすぎない雰囲気で、初めてでも居心地が良かった。
自分があれこれ注文したのではなく、幹事の方にメニューを任せていたので、
それをいただく流れで鮨忘年会を開催。
鮨は、シャリが大きすぎず小さすぎずで、個人的にはちょうど良い。
醤油を塗って出していただいたので、このまま食べてもいいと思いますが。
味が足りないように感じるネタもあったので、それは自分で醤油をつけました。
例えば、淡白なホタテはそのままでおいしかったですが、サバだと少し醤油が欲しい感じ。
こちらは、ランチも良いと聞いたので、機会があれば再訪してみたい。
