12時20分に入店するとノーゲスト。コロナ禍はまだまだ続いているのだ。カウンターに座って、初見の店のマイルール通りメニューの最初にあるばらちらし1,500円を注文。提供は注文から14分後。
小太鼓の形というか、小さな寿司桶みたいな形をした重い鉢に入れられている。添え物はお吸い物ともずくの酢の物と漬物とデザートのオレンジである。お吸い物は切り身がたくさん入っていて、出汁が十分に出ている。酢の物は酢がキリッと立っていて胃をシャキッとさせてくれる。
ばらちらしはそのままいただいたが、味が十分についている。酢飯はやや固めでネタの切り方はやや小さめである。ご飯の上に切り海苔が乗っていて風味がいい。ネタはイクラと赤身と白身とサーモンとタコとカイワレなど。それぞれの香りと食感が楽しい。俯いて黙々と食べている姿からは楽しいと思っているなんて伝わらないだろうなと思うのも楽しい。
漬物が美味しい。特にラッキョウの漬物はこういうラッキョウが食べたかったと思わせる漬け方で、多分他所では食べられないと思う。ちょっぴりではなくて多めに出してくれるところもいい。ばらちらしも量がたくさんあって、全部いただくとお腹いっぱいになる。オレンジを食べてお茶を飲めば、午後のひととき、ホッとした満足感がある。ご馳走様でした。もう少し混むといいね。
