コスパが良いコースディナーが
味わえるお店です。
この日は4800円のテオドーラコースを予約し、
会社の後輩と伺いました。
前菜盛り合わせ
:生雲丹を添えたカリフラワーブラマンジェは
甘みがあり、口の中であっという間に
溶けます。
自家製パンとチーズ
:とてもお腹が空いていたので
単体で食べてしまいましたが、
この後のブイヤベースと一緒に食べたら
良かったと後悔しました、、
生地はふわふわしっとり系です。
フレッシュチーズはレーズンパンと相性◎。
ブイヤベース
:海老やアサリ、お魚の旨味が
ぎゅっと詰まったスープが効いていました。
スープ染み染みの白身お魚が2尾入っており、
なかなかの満足感を得られます。
鴨肉のグリル
:ちょっとドライな
赤ワインソースをつけていただく鴨肉は
口の中に香ばしさもあり、美味しかったです。
ビネガー漬けのキャベツ？の付け合せも
お肉に合っていました。
前菜、パン、ブイヤベース、鴨肉の
4構成でしたが、どれも特徴があり、
美味しかったです！
