気になるメニューが多い。ジビエ好きだから、普段あんまり食べられないメニューを食べたくなる！

熟したプラムの甘さがパテに合う！ワインが進む！
このメニューの他にもジビエ肉＆フルーツのパテがありました。
◆クスクスサラダ（税込1,780円）☆☆☆
運ばれてきた時、なんだこれ！？とビックリしてしまった料理。
円柱型に守られた大量のクスクスの上に鴨肉、トマト、カリフラワー、レンコン、ビーツ？など。
さっぱりした味わいで、食べ応えもある一品。

（鴨コンフィ・ソーセージ・白インゲン豆）
今回の1番のお目当てメニューがこのカスレ！！
鴨コンフィは、外側パリッとしてるけど、お肉はほろほろ・しっとり。フォークで簡単にほぐせて、口の中でおいしさが広がります。
ソーセージはすごいムチムチの見た目！とってもジューシーで、肉汁がジュワッと。
白インゲン豆もたっぷり入っていて、結構お腹にたまります。
本当おいしかったー！
◆仔羊モモ肉のグリル ワイルドライスのソース（税込3,980円）☆☆☆
こちらも見た目インパクトある一品。
ワイルドライスってなんだろうねーって言ってたら、本当にお米（黒いチリチリしたモノ）！この食感が独特で、プチプチしていて、私はすごく気に入りました。
人参、ジャガイモ、レンコン、シシトウ、オクラ、カブなど、野菜もたっぷり。
仔羊はしっとり。ワイルドライスのソースが合って、これまた赤ワインが進みます。
