ガラガラのタイミングに入店。以前にも利用したことがあり、ハンバーガーが美味しかったので再訪。相変わらずハンバーガーは美味しい。燻製風味のソースと肉肉しいパテが良い。
オーダーしてから10〜20分程度でできるのかと思っていたら今回は40分ほどかけて丁寧に作られたので、次の予定があったために5分ほどで急いで食べてすぐに出なければいけなくなってしまった。こちらがオーダーしてから仕込みを始めたのかと思ってしまったほど。ウーバーイーツの配達員も5分ほど待たされていてかわいそうだった。
食べ終わってから、前回もオペレーションに課題を感じたことを思い出した。時間と心に余裕がある時だけまた訪れたい。
