A hidden gem hidden between Ebisu and Meguro.
A Sushi near my home. I was curious because I pass by it every day on my way to work. On Sunday, I suddenly had a craving for Sushi, and the restaurant I usually go to was closed, so I called and said, ``Let's go there!'' and miraculously they answered that they would let me in. It's run by two people, the owner and the landlady, and although the owner looks like a craftsman, she's not at all formal and feels like you can casually discuss topics. The landlady is bright and easy to talk to, and you'll want to come back again and again and remember her face. Sushi ingredients are very delicious and the tuna is exquisite. Each dish is made with care, and they will tell you a lot about the toppings. We had lots of recommended sake to go with the Sushi, and it cost 30,000 yen for two people. The Sushi was so amazing that I wondered if there were any places where you could eat Sushi of this quality for 15,000 yen per person.

The reason for my “satisfaction” is simple. Careful attention to materials. Leave the delicious Edomae Sushi up to the chef.
Waga Sushi is located a little away from Ebisu in a quiet residential area. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the sights, the food, and all of your five senses. The chef, who has been in this b |
This is a Sushi that I want to go to at least once a month. This is the fourth time. There are many delicious Sushi restaurants in Tokyo, and more and more of them are creating new and innovative dishes, but this one has the feel of an old-fashioned Sushi restaurant, and I love it. is. The perfect balance between the fresh ingredients carefully selected by the chef and the most delicious shari. No matter what I eat, it's always delicious. The horse mackerel I ate that day was extremely large, but it was so soft and flavorless that I could eat it right away. It was the best. The miso soup served by the proprietress at the end is also exquisite. The three of us drank two large bottles of beer, three highballs, and about 6 to 7 glasses of sake, and the cost was 51,000 yen. It's about 17,000 per person. It may seem a little expensive, but I think a similar quality Sushi in Ginza would cost over 30,000 yen per person. I think it's cheap in that sense. I want to go again next month.
