...usiness for over 35 years, values the harmony of vinegared rice and sushi sauce. The meticulous Edomae technique allows you to enjoy a rich flavor with a long lingering aftertaste. However, the inside of the store has a homely atmosphere where you can hear the happy conversations between customers and the owner/proprietor. I'm sure there aren't many stores that have both of these.
