気になっていたこちらのお店。
まず本棚が隠し扉になっていて、店内は
照明がかなり暗く、通路が狭い。
まるで迷路のようなところを進んでいくと、いくつもテーブル席が。
席ごとに雰囲気が違って、内装にも拘ってる！
私たちは竹コースを注文！
寒鰤の瞬間燻製
ロメインレタスのサラダ、
名物のレバテキ、
ホクホクのジャガ揚げ
海南鳥飯、
冬瓜のスープ
カステラ のコース内容。
550円で飲み放題がつけられる。
ワインボトル、スパークリングまでボトルで飲み放題で頼めたから最高！
お腹の加減によって、鶏のザクザク揚げも追加できるというサービスぶり！
メニューには心理テストや解けそうで解けない問題なんかが書いてあって、料理を待ってる間も退屈させない工夫が素晴らしすぎる！
名物のレバテキは自分で鉄板で焼くスタイルで、
ごま油とお塩、すりおろしニンニクでいただく！
プリップリのレバーがもう最高に美味☺️
レバー苦手な方なんだけど美味しく食べれた♪
そしてホクホクのジャガ揚げには食べる辣油のようなものがたっぷりのっていて、お酒のつまみに最高！
おいしー♪
そして追加で頼んだ鶏のザクザク揚げは黒酢ベースの甘辛いタレとたっぷりのネギがよく合う〜！
ザクザクと衣は揚げられてるのに、中はとってもジューシーでこれもうますぎる！
食後にはザラメカステラとコーヒーセットがでてきたんだけど、コーヒーのセットも冷めないよう、保温のボトルにたっぷりホットコーヒーが入ってて、
ちょっとした小菓子までついてる！
至れり尽くせりすぎて期待を何倍も超えてくる〜！
最後に手土産としてロッカーにお菓子か本がおいてあって、好きに持ち帰れるっていうサービスも抜群！
こんなにサービスと味ともに満足したお店は初めて！
