お祝い事でジビエディナーに行ってきました。
目黒駅から目黒通りを下っていって、山手通りを渡って、坂を登っていく途中、右手にお店はあります。
平日夜20:00に訪問、1週間前に電話予約しました。
予約の際にジビエのコースで予約しました。
メニューを見てから腹具合と相談しながらアラカルトでもいいかと思っていましたが、それだと当日売り切れている食材がある可能性があるということで、それならばとコースにしました。
強気やなぁと思いつつも、実際お店で食べてみると、ワンオペの店主が一皿一皿丁寧に、丹誠込めて調理しており、これはコースで店主にすべてを委ねてしまうのが正解だと判りました。
超満腹になり、事前にそこまで食べられないと伝えておけば良かったのですが、それでも最後の最後まで大満足でお店を後にしました。
そこそこ飲んで、2人総額30000円強。
お値段的にも十分満足できる水準でした。
