ここ数年で食べた寿司屋ではベストだった。以前行ったときはあまり印象に残っていなかったのだが周りの評価が高いので再訪してみた。格段に良くなっていて驚いた。白魚。つまみはこれだけ。すべてよかったが特によかったのはコハダ、サバ(お代わりした)、赤貝、中とろ、いかの印籠づめ(本日のベスト)。1人31,000円。冷酒は一種類しか置いておらず、京の華という名前だったので京都の酒にしては随分美味しいなと思って飲んだが京都の酒ではなかった。1日4名しか入れないらしいが近いうちにぜひ再訪したい。
