Ushimitsu Ichimon Meguro branch is evolving further by connecting producers and customers through food, led by executive chef Taisuke Chikashige, who is well-versed in beef. We have created a new Yakiniku (Grilled meat) by carefully selecting each ingredient, including Wagyu beef carefully selected by our executive chef. We use seasonal ingredients to fully experience the four seasons, while providing attentive service based on the Japanese spirit of hospitality.

A variety of creative Meat Dishes are essential for a memorable Yakiniku (Grilled meat) experience. Among them, the ``Sea urchin yukke dog'', which is the most popular dish at Ushimitsu Ichimon Meguro, is a sumptuous dish of Japanese beef yukhoe topped with raw sea urchin, which is a masterpiece that combines the flavor of Wagyu beef yukhoe with the creamy fresh sea urchin. This is a must-try product when you visit our store.
