目黒西口三角州のサンフェリスタビルとメグロードビルは
小さな飲食店が集まる場所。
そのメグロードの1階、
中華陳民の斜向かい、寿司芳の隣に17年9月にオープン。
以前はワインバルであった場所。
中が素通しのスライドドアを開け、ひとりだと云うと
目の前のカウンター席を指差してくれる。
お揃いの黒シャツを着た若い男性スタッフ3人でランチをまわしているようだ。
ランチは3種で900円か1,000円。
ビストロを謳ってるのに
カオマンガイやガパオが置いてあるのに興味を持ち
ガパオライス（900円）をお願い。
ドリンクは+100円なのだが今日は遠慮。
テンポのいい爽やかな洋楽ロックボーカル、インストが流れる。
オープンキッチンなので観てると
どうも、三種ともワンプレートランチ、
野菜やご飯は共有化を図り、
色んな無駄を省く努力をしているようだ。
最初にこれも共通の玉子スープが出され、
それから5分でガパオライスが出された。
スープは少しスパイスを振っているが、
スープ自体はとてもあっさり。
プレートには、
フレンチ風混ぜご飯、挽肉、上に温玉、
キャロットラペ、パプリカ・レタスの大量のサラダ、
彩りもよくインスタ映えをきちんと考えているようだ。
早速温玉を割り、
挽肉、ご飯と一緒によくかき混ぜる。
ご飯の中には季節の新ゴボウも顔を覗かせている。
タイ風とは全く違う味付け。
鶏挽肉の甘みは出ているが、
西洋風のしっかり目の味付け。
ご飯の量も野菜の量もしっかりあるので
このワンプレートでお腹も満足。
手が空いた時に、
ビストロなのになぜカオマンガイやガパオ？
と聞いてみたら、
2週に1回ランチメニューを見直すが、
作り手にも飽きが来るので、
フレンチにこだわらないランチメニューにしているという回答。
どうやらAは日替わりでBとCが二週間固定、
具材をある程度共有できるメニュー作りを考えているのだろう。
客は男性5人に対し、女性7人。
そのうちここも全員女性客ということになるのだろうか。
900円払ってご馳走様。
