目黒のメグロード1階にあるビストロ。
2017年9月オープンの新店。
平日のランチで訪問。
通路から店内が見えるので、入りやすい。
色味はダークブラウンで統一され、ウッディで温かみがある。
席は、キッチンを囲んだコの字型カウンター、奥にテーブル席がある。
BGMにはノリノリの洋ロックが流れる。
スタッフはシェフ2名。
しっかり連携が取れており、オペレーションがいい。
客層は近くで働くOLだろうか、ほとんどが女性だ。
ランチはA〜Cの3種類がある。
ドリンクは＋100円になっている。

大判でしかも2㎝ほどの厚みがあってボリューミー。
火入れよく、ジューシーな仕上がり。
肉質は筋がなく、適度な弾力。
ソースは、マッシュポテトを敷いた上にデミグラスとマスタードを重ねる。
カトラリーのナイフが切れにくい。
