2019年5月31日、ひとりで初訪問。
この日は、月末で忙しく、ランチをなかなか取れず、取り敢えず、目黒駅近くの飲食店が固まっているメグロードの1階に入って、こちらの“フレンチ食堂”の看板を見つけ、何の予習もなしですが、飛び込んでみました。
店内は、入ってすぐにコの字カウンター、カウンター内がオープンキッチン、奥がテーブル席になっています。
13時を回っていましたが、ほぼ満席で、端っこが空いたのでそちらに座りました。
ランチメニュー(900円 ～税込)は、
・Aランチ メキシカンハンバーグ
サルサソース
・Bランチ ポークステーキ
マッシュルームデミグラスソース
・Cランチ ローストチキン
ゴーダチーズソースとラタトゥイユ
メニュー看板で、最初からハンバーグに決めていたので、頂いたのは、
『メキシカンハンバーグ サルサソース』(1000円)…スープ付。
最初に出てきたスープは、ビシソワーズ。
もの凄くクリーミーで美味しい！
冷たいスープが大好きですが、こちらのスープは最高です。
これは良いお店に出会ったと確信しました。
さて、出てきたワンプレートで、まず目につくのは、キャロットラペ。
しっかりとした塩味で、これは美味い。
そして、グリーンが鮮やかで、ボリューミーなサニーレタスの山。
かけてあるフレンチドレッシングは、酸味が控えめで、甘味があって大変良い味です。
自家製かな？
それから
ハンバーグの影に隠れて見えませんでしたが、シンプルなポテトサラダも乗っています。
ご飯は独特。
なんだろう薄茶がかった色…ん！？…こ、これは、もしかしたら、とうもろこしのご飯？
メインのハンバーグですが、サルサソースはさほど辛くなく、どちらかというと優しい味のトマトソースです。
ハンバーグ自体は、200㌘以上はありそうで、切ってみると絶妙な焼き加減で、肉汁が溢れます。
乗っている半熟の目玉焼きを崩して黄身と混ぜるともう堪りません。
肉の挽き方、低温でじっくり焼いて柔らかさは、あの船橋の『肉の匠 将泰庵』さんの発祥の“飲めるハンバーグ”を彷彿させます。

このクオリティのハンバーグなら、めちゃめちゃCPが良いと思います。

1000円は、普通のサラリーマンのランチには高めかも知れませんが、こちらのハンバーグは、1200～1500円してもおかしくはないレベルです。
他のものを頂いてないので、判断は難しいですが、とにかく素晴らしく美味しかったです。
夜は本格ビストロのようで、興味津々です。
