以前から気になっていたフレンチ食堂のランチへ。
店前のブラックボードには三種のランチメニュー
ハンバーグorローストポークor鮮魚のポワレ
ALL 1,000円です。
いつ通りかかってもハンバーグは固定なので看板メニューなのでしょう。
ハンバーグ 黒こしょうネギ塩ソース 1,000円
注文後すぐにスープが出てきました。
冷たいかぼちゃのスープ
濃厚で美味しい〜
暑いので冷製スープは嬉しいですね。
男性スタッフ2人は息ぴったりで一連の動きがとてもスムーズ。
ワンプレートでメイン以外のサラダを予め用意しておくところ、税込1,000円でお釣りのやり取りがほぼないことも回転率がいい理由ですね。
カウンターから見ていて気持ちがいいです。
スープを飲んで少しするとプレートも到着。
ハンバーグの隣にはバターライス
付け合わせはキャロットラペ、グリーンサラダ、ポークビーンズ、スパニッシュオムレツ
ドレッシングは玉ねぎの甘みが強く、かなり好み。
きちんとバターライスなのも嬉しいです。
ハンバーグは焼き加減が完璧です。
ふわふわで柔らかいですが、食べ応えはあります。
その加減が絶妙！
ソースはしっかりした塩味。
若干ネギが強すぎる感じがしました。トマトソースやデミグラスソースのときにまた食べたいな…
ランチならではのコストパフォーマンスです。
