非常事態宣言が解除された金曜日の目黒は昼時とあって結構な人出である。駅前のパチンコ屋も営業していたが、さすがに客の入りは少ない。飲食店がたくさん入居しているこちらのメグロードビルは、大体の店がランチ営業をしている。
通りがかりのビル入口に置かれた看板が気になったのでこちらに入店した。時刻は11時50分。開店したばかりのノーゲストの店内は少し暗めの照明とウッディな内装で落ち着く。仕事でなければウィスキーのトゥワイスアップでもいただきたいくらいである。
さて注文はメニューの最初にあるハンバーグの香草野菜ねぎ塩ソース1,000円。もうひとつのメニュー豚肉の赤ワイン煮込み1,000円も気になったが、初見の店のマイルールに従ってみた。
提供時間はなんと2分。ハンバーグはすでに焼いてあって、レンジアップか何かで温めたようだ。電子レンジにマイナスのイメージはないので特に気にはならないが、早すぎて驚いたのは確か。
まず添えられている野菜からいただく。人参のラペが美味しい。葉っぱにかかっているドレッシングも上品で、このサラダだけで結構満足感がある。かぼちゃの冷製スープはそれなり。ハンバーグは柔らかくもしっかりと仕上がっていて、パテそのものが美味しい。ネギのソースはややしょっぱい気がする。ご飯のおかずにはこれくらいでいいのかもしれないが、もう少し上品な塩加減でもよかった。
特筆すべきなのはご飯。これがどういう加減なのか知らないが、いい感じの香りがして、ご飯自体がとても美味しい。ハンバーグと一緒にいただくと、鼻に抜ける香草の香りがとても芳しい。
通りすがりに入店した店にしては、思いがけず満足なランチがいただけた。食べログの点数はあまり高くないようだが、この店の料理センスはかなりいいと思う。次はハンバーグ以外のランチをいただいてみよう。ご馳走様でした。
