数年前、たまたま前を通りかかって見つけたこちら
なんとも可愛らしい見た目
なんのお店だろうと思って、調べると
シャルキュトリーが美味しいビストロとのことで、
絶対行こうと思っていたものの
コロナ禍もあり、数年ごしに念願叶いました
日曜の夜に伺うと、ご夫婦らしき2人組や4人グループ、一方カウンターにはお一人様と
幅広い客層に愛されていることがわかります
びっしり書かれたメニューボードを眺めながら
色々迷ったあげく、こちらをオーダーしました
シャルキュトリー4種盛り合わせ
牡蠣と生海苔のリゾット
蝦夷鹿のロースト
ブータンノワール
パン
まずはシャルキュトリー、
なるほど人気なだけあって、どれも美味しい！
肉の味わい、しっとりとした舌触り、スパイスの香り…
レバーテリーヌはパンによく合いますね
牡蠣のリゾットはとにかく牡蠣がぷるんぷるんで
これもめちゃくちゃうまい‼︎
おかわりしたいくらいうなる絶品でした！
ブータンノワールは、血のソーセージ
ホロホロとくずれるほど柔らかく
血の濃厚な旨みを味わえました
最後は圧巻の蝦夷鹿ロースト‼︎
なんと美しい赤身…脂身がきれいに処理されていて
臭みがまったくなく、柔らかい
付け合わせの野菜やキノコも美味しい…‼︎
噛むごとに旨みが溢れて…
思わず無言で夢中になって食べてしまいました笑
肉料理はもちろん、牡蠣など魚介系も美味しいのが
よかったです＾＾
お気に入りのお店がまた一つ増えました♪
