Available on weekday nights. The basement restaurant has an open kitchen in the middle, a counter surrounding the kitchen, and table seats around it, and it was almost full when we made a reservation at 6:30 p.m. Both the staff and customers seem to be having fun and are lively. After toasting with beer, I had the fours salad ¥1250.The bacon and well-seasoned mushrooms were delicious.At this point, I was thinking that this restaurant might be the best. Cauliflower Mousse ¥1300 Cauliflower mousse topped with plenty of scallops and salmon roe, served in a wine glass. The combination of cauliflower and Seafood is interesting, but it's not that it's strange, it just has a sense of unity and it's soothing to the stomach. There are only menus that represent the restaurant. Butter-sauteed Brussels sprouts and turban shells with Genovese sauce I've always loved Brussels sprouts and often eat them at home, but I've never thought about pairing them with shellfish. However, the Genovese sauce nicely wrapped up the bittersweet and sweet taste of the Brussels sprouts and the deep, harsh taste of the turban shells. We must imitate this. Grilled Iwanaka pork loin The heat and salt are perfect, and the wine goes well with it. Today's earthenware pot rice ¥2250 The earthenware pot rice, which changes with the seasons, is the restaurant's signature dish. Today it's Oyster and porcini mushrooms. There's no reason why this combination isn't delicious. At the end, you can add dashi soup and make Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea). Alcohol Beer, Glass of Wine Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine was served by the glass. There were many other interesting menu items.
