4月ごろ目黒と恵比寿の中間あたりに、広東ベースの中華料理がオープンしました！
と友人のＳＮＳで目にして食べログをブックマークしていたところ、
周りの友人達が次々と訪問し、あれよあれよと予約の取れない店となった『サエキ飯店』
どんだけスゴイの?と思ってましたが、いや、本当にすごかった！！

場所は目黒と恵比寿の中間あたり。
日の丸自動車の真ん前で、三田公園の敷地内にあるような感じ。
店内はカウンター8席と4名がけのテーブル1席。
この日は友人の予約で貸し切りに。
通常コースは8,000円、貸し切りは10,000円のコースとなります。ドリンクは別。
ワイン好きな方には、ジョージアワインでも注目のお店ですが
香港ビールの品揃えもすごい！！
カジュアルな雰囲気のお店なのに上質な料理がいただけます。
しかも、いろいろな味を足して作っているのにかなり味のバランスがいい！！センスなんですなぁ～。
鳩の紹興酒漬けなんて紹興酒の変な味もせず鳩の味わいもしっかり楽しめたし、スッポンも処理のお上手なこと。
食材を自分なりにアレンジし作った雞の塩竈焼き葱ソース添えも絶品でした。
唸ったのが大根餅。あと10個くらい食べたいとシェフには伝えましたが、
他のお料理もあるのでぐっと抑えていただきました。
常にご自身のブラッシュアップも忘れていないし、今後も楽しみなお店です♪
