I had lunch with my best friend today♪ I was looking for a restaurant that was child-friendly as I was traveling with children, and when I was doing BM, I saw "Kurode Gourmet", so I decided to check it out. This restaurant is run by a chef and is a small space with few seats. You can relax and enjoy your meal. On this day, I had ordered a 7,000 yen course in advance. Foie gras brûlée tartlet Whitebait and yuzu flan Parsley oil Chilled cappellini Turnip buds and mustard walnuts Walnuts Scallop and rape blossom risorge Mimolette Roasted monkfish Scroute Tête de cochon Tosa Akaushi Dove Strawberry, white Chocolate and cream cheese terrine Lunch I was pretty full with so many items! The appetizers, whitebait fish and yuzu flan, were very delicious! Also, the specialty Tête de Cochon. Pork cheek meat is used, and the meat around it is crunchy and fragrant, and the fat is nice. This is a dish that goes well with red wine. By the way, I like French cuisine food that has a crunchy salt and strong richness and umami, but this one was more on the bland side and I felt like it lacked a little umami overall. This is completely a matter of preference. It's a wonderful restaurant where a handsome chef approaches the food with sincerity and provides excellent service.
