2023年11月上旬休日 辣湯麺＋麻婆飯 1200円
家族で目黒に出かけた帰り、目黒セントラルスクエア内で食事となり此方を見つけ訪問。
多店舗展開している京鼎樓(ジンディンロウ）と同系列のチャイニーズダイニングだそうだ。
店内は中国屋台のような内装でテーブル席が40席ほど。
メニューを眺め麺と麻婆飯or肉餅飯（蒸しハンバーグご飯)のランチセットを注文。麺は担々麺、海老ワンタン麺、今週の麺(酸辣湯麺)から選べるので酸辣湯麺をご飯は麻婆飯とした。
程なくして丼が登場。
スープは醤油ベースにトロミが強い酸辣餡がかかり熱々。辛さ控えめで酸味はかなり強めだがツンと來る尖りは無く円やか。動物系の支えも確りして旨みは十分。黒胡椒が多めにかかりパンチが効いていて良いアクセントになっている。
麺は細麺ストレート。熱々で柔らかめな食感で足も速め。もう少し固めだと嬉しい。
酸辣餡は鶏肉細切りや椎茸、豆腐、キクラゲ、タケノコ、ニンジンなどが入り具沢山で楽しめる。
麻婆飯は麻婆豆腐とご飯が別々で登場。麻婆豆腐は辛痺が大人しめで油が多くオイリー。好みからは外れた。
酸味強めで黒胡椒のパンチが効いた酸辣湯麺、ご馳走さまでした。
