We serve local fish from Kyushu as sashimi, boiled dishes, steamed dishes, etc. The husband is a fishing enthusiast and has acquaintances all over the Kanto region, so he is able to purchase high-quality fish at low prices. In particular, he only uses local red snapper from Shimoda, and is meticulous in the selection of ingredients. He also has a family home in Oita, and sources local produce from a trustworthy fishmonger. In addition to fish, we also offer dishes that go well with local sake, such as vegetable stews. Our store stocks premium local sake that is hard to find at other stores. We have a wide variety of sake, including Denshu, Mutsu Hassen, and Toyosakai from Aomori in the north, and Shinsho and Ichihaku Suisei from Akita. We also carefully select delicious local sake from all over the country, including Katsukoma from Toyama, Kuroryu from Fukui, Juyondai from Yamagata, and Nabeshima from Saga. We always have a lineup of 15 to 17 types so that you can choose your favorite. Please enjoy the sake purchased from a liquor store with which we have a long-standing relationship in a flute glass or champagne glass.
