Italian Cuisine that has been around for 20 years in quiet Shirokane. The large windows create a warm space filled with sunlight during the day. The proud bright red pizza oven is the face of the shop, built by a kiln craftsman who came to Japan from Naples. The wood-fired oven can be seen from every seat, and the aroma of pizza and food fills the atmosphere. You can enjoy your meal leisurely at a table made in Italy that has been made over the years. Children also love pizza. We also accommodate guests with children.
Food Dishes made with seasonal ingredients and wood-fired Neapolitan pizza
The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven at a high temperature of 400 degrees Celsius, giving it a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. We are particular about the ingredients, and the dough is made from carefully selected flour, salt, and water from Naples. Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven allows you to fully enjoy the aroma of the dough. The pizza ingredients range from the standard menu to original menus that change seasonally, incorporating plenty of seasonal ingredients.
Chef[Pizza craftsman] Shinhiro Ono
After graduating from university, he pursued a career in Italian cuisine, which he had always admired. He aspired to become a chef, but after experiencing Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, he discovered the fun of the more artisanal work of pizzaiello. After training in Akasaka and Ginza, he joined Granada. After working at ``Pizzeria Dachibo'' in Nihonbashi and Tokyo Station, and ``Restazi'' in Roppongi Hills, he became the Pizza Yoro of our restaurant. He bakes pizza every day using a bright red Isola wood-fired oven that is over 20 years old.
