白金台の焼き鳥屋さんでディナーです。場所は白金台駅から徒歩10分、プラチナ通りのほぼ外れにある商業ビルの２階です。混んでいて入れないことも多いので、この日は、当日でしたが電話して席を確保してから伺いました。
こちらのお店、焼き鳥がとても美味しいけど、その他のおつまみも豊富で嬉しい。
まずは、アラカルトで、一品料理をおつまみに注文してから、焼き串をいただきました。

焼き鳥は、中串で、しっかりとした焼き具合だけど、とってもジューシー。塩はさっぱり。タレもしつこくなくて美味しい。
東京など最近の高級な焼き鳥ブームで、美味しい焼き鳥屋さんが増えて、選択肢が多くなったのは、とても嬉しいけど、一方で、焼き鳥中心のコースやストップまでお任せスタイルも多くなったので、こちらのお店のように、焼き鳥だけでなくアラカルトで好きなだけ美味しい焼き鳥とお酒のおつまみがいただけるお店はとても貴重です。
