土曜の夜に伺いました。
2名で伺ったので、半個室に通されました。
予約をして行きましたが、まばらに席が空いていたので日によっては当日でも予約ができそうです。
この日は、正宗四川 二色火鍋 Bコースを
注文しました。
マーラー、パイタンの二色火鍋を堪能できるコースです。
前菜に、
たっぷりのお野菜、キノコ、
ブランドのお肉、海鮮がつくコースです。
赤い方のスープは、見た目通りとっても
四川を感じる辛さです。
お店の方は辛いので、白のスープに1割程
入れてくださいねということでした。
最初、白と赤で半々に割ってしまったら
とても辛く、痺れます。
激辛好きの友人は赤だけでも
いける美味しさだと言ってました。
そのため、激辛好きの人はこのスープと相性が
良いのかもしれません。
白いパイタンスープも濃厚なお味です。
私は、ごくごく飲めるタイプのスープが好みですが
こちらは、スープにパンチがあるため、
スープよりつけだれのイメージのほうが
強いのかなぁと個人的に感じました。
野菜もお肉もかなりのボリュームで、
途中で、ハラパン状態になってしまいました。
