``Offering Medicinal Food Hot pot based on traditional soups that are tailored to modern food culture'' Even in China, the birthplace of `` Hot pot'', there are many different soup recipes. Medicinal Food Hot pot that prays for longevity and is served with a secret soup created through repeated research, using over 20 types of precious spices that are difficult to obtain. We have elevated Hot pot, a home-cooked dish, to a dish that is recognized by gourmets. "Hot pot Mita" is a restaurant that inherits this precious taste.

~ Traveling with Medicinal Food Hot pot ~ The second course is IN Shikoku! "Shikoku" floating in the Seto Inland Sea. Kagawa in Udon Prefecture, Tokushima with the majestic Naruto whirlpools, Ehime floating in the Seto Inland Sea, and Kochi with beautiful clear streams such as the Shimanto River and the Niyodo River. A 3-month limited course that uses plenty of Shikoku ingredients born from the magnificent nature and history. Ingredients grown in a mild climate are full of kindness. Enjoy a trip through the four seasons across the country while eating Hot pot. Limited time offer from April to the end of June, reservations must be made one week in advance.

(We source carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over the country and offer them each month.) April's carefully selected ingredients are fruit onions from Awaji Island, Sadowara eggplant from Miyagi Prefecture, Kaga cucumbers, and Daima bamboo shoots from Mishima Village, Kagoshima Prefecture. Enjoy a (new way to enjoy Hot pot) that is only possible at Hot pot Mita, which has always offered carefully selected ingredients that are rare in Hot pot pot restaurants.

We are located in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from Tamachi Station, Mita Station, and Shirokane Takanawa Station. Although it is a little far from the station, it has a calm space. Please use it for various purposes such as welcome and farewell parties for loved ones, friends, and workplaces.
