白金スカイに程近い路地に面したお店。
ドロゲリアサンクリッカの並び。
お店は重厚な作り。
東向きだけれど日光は入らないのでやや暗い印象。
そこに持ってきて北海道の食材を使ったビストロ、
というコンセプトなので、なんとなく印象は明るくない。
でもお店の前を通るたびに、
ローストビーフ丼と牛骨ラーメンの看板が気になっていた。
今日、ようやくトライ。
エカ様はローストビーフ丼、
ぼくは迷わず牛骨ラーメンをチョイス。
いずれも単品は1200円。
やはり白金は安いかも。
これ、おそらく十番なら1800円の値付け。
ラーメンはシンプル。
ローストビーフは丼と違って薄くスライスされている。
ホースラディッシュが効いている。
スープはかなり洋食に近いニュアンス。
麺は少し細めのストレート。
スープがいい。
丼は小さい印象だけれど、麺のポーションは少なくない。
牛骨だからかスープの旨みが結構ある。
でもエグ味が少ない爽やかな印象。
これなら少し体調の悪い時でも食べられそう。
意外にいいかも牛骨ラーメン。
今度、もう一度試してよう、っと。
