French cuisine in Shirokanedai. Visited for lunch on a holiday. Chef Kanazawa operates as a one-man operation. Like Hiroo's Italian Cuisine Appia, customers can request ingredients and cooking methods. I'm not particularly picky about cooking methods, so I just choose the ingredients and leave the cooking methods up to the chef. [Made-to-order course] (7,000 yen - up to 15,000 yen depending on the ingredients: tax included, 7% surcharge added) ■Soup ``New onion and water soup'' Warm soup with sea urchin on top. Very sweet with just salt! ■Amuse ``Scallops and rape blossoms'' Top with caviar and sour cream. Spanish sauce, coriander. Rape flower paste.
