白金にあるイタリアン「三和」。ミシュラン2024掲載。食べログSILVER2024。食べログ百名店2023。TERIYAKI’s BEST RESTAURANT 2023SILVER。中目黒「RODEO」の渡邉シェフとサービスの村中詩季氏が独立。2022年10月オープン直後から予約困難。RODEO時代からの常連が多く、シェフと旅行に行くなど交流が深い客もいる。料理は季節感ある独創性ある内容で、炭火を巧みに使ったコースは、フレンチの名店「シェ・イノ」で修業した経歴からフレンチのエッセンスも随所に見られ、どれも良。生ハムのニュッコフリット名物。本日は、ホワイトアスパラの一品が秀逸だった。
