鮨 無何有（むかう）＠白金高輪
仕事でお世話になっている方との食事で使わせていただきました。
場所は白金高輪の高級住宅街。白金高輪駅からも徒歩2分ほどと、アクセスは良いです。
お店の外観から蔵のような建物で、重厚感もあり雰囲気漂っています。そして店内に入ると暗めの照明、シックな印象を受けるカウンター席10席のみの空間。まさにか隠れ家一軒屋鮨レストランという感じで、ゆったりと時間が流れるような感覚になります。
この日は17時からの一部のみで提供されるショートコースをお願いしました。なんでも早い時間に食事を済ませたいシニア層のお客様から軽めのコースがほしいという要望を受けて作ったコースのようです。とはいえ、内容と質は非常に高いものが提供いただけます。おつまみに、鮨が8貫ほど、巻物まで提供していただけました。ある程度お客さんの食事の進み方やお酒の進み方に応じて、柔軟に対応を変化させているようです。
ドリンクに関して。ビールはエビスの瓶に加えて、COEDO白や毬花があります。まさひろジンソーダや堀口製茶の緑茶割り、焼酎も芋2種、麦1種、米焼酎も。日本酒に関してはおまかせも可能で、我々も大将のおまかせで日本酒を4種ほどいただきました。
コースのスタートは肉厚なクエのお刺身からでした。蛸と貝の煮物が提供され、その後牛蒡の漬物。この後提供された生牡蠣、衝撃的に濃厚で美味しかったです。生牡蠣史上、ほんとにNO1でした。
その後握りに移行。中トロ、スミイカ、蟹と松茸の茶碗蒸しを挟み、背付きの鯵、鰤、筋子手巻き、カマス、甘海老、鮪赤身の海苔巻、穴子、干瓢巻き、だったかな。順番はうろ覚えですが。実質とても充実した内容で、全然ショートコースなんだという感覚がなかったです。しかも大将、飲んでるからつまみがほしいでしょって、追加で白子ポン酢まで出してくれるサービス精神の塊でした。
空間のお洒落さ、洗練された器や握り、大将や他のスタッフさん含めての気さくで気取らず、テキパキとした接客。素晴らしいお店です。個人的にはめちゃくちゃ好きなタイプのお店でしたしアクセスも良いので、予約が取れないようになってほしくない気持ちが…。
