こちらは東急 大崎広小路駅至近の中華食堂 辰巳家。
山手通りを大崎方向に歩いて30秒。
お店は自社ビルか？比較的新しい建物。
1階は主にカウンター。2階が複数客用に成っている。
混んでいるかと思ったらすんなり入店。
お店を切り盛りするのは店内に男女2人、更に奥の厨房には1人、
とりあえずカウンター席へ
ランチメニューは全て780円。
A定食を発注。
ラーメンと麻婆丼のセットです。
3分で到着する。
ラーメンは爽やかな鶏ガラスープの醤油味。
昔ながらの中華屋さんあれです。
麺は細目のちぢれ麺。やや硬めでした。
具はチャーシュー、メンマ、茹で玉子、ネギ、ワカメと正にオールスターの内容。
麻婆丼はほぼ辛味の無いの和風仕立て、
量はやや少な目です。
ミニサラダとザーサイが付きます。
この内容で780円は頭が下がる。
