お昼担当のママさんとは別のお店でいつもお世話になっておりますm(_ _)m
今日は仕事半休にしたので、ようやく初訪問できました。
13時過ぎに伺いましたが、
僕でスープが完売でしたのでギリギリでした。
ランチタイムのワンオペは大変そうですが、
手際よく準備してくださいました。
グツグツ煮込まれたスープ。
圧倒的なごま感、ねっとりとしていて甘味と酸味がありながら、最後には辛味が来る。
ツルシコ麺をしっかり絡ませ、スープと頂くのが正解な気がしました。
具材ももやし、にら、キャベツ、刻みチャーシューなど具だくさん。
麺も並で340gと大量で、大にしなくても十分お腹いっぱいです。
大満足でした。またお邪魔します！
