待ち無しでカウンター席へ案内されましたが
直ぐ満席…回転が良いので待たない感じですが？

人手不足によりピザメニューは無いとのこと
お肉が目当てでしたので問題なしです。
ランチのお肉は月代わりのスペシャルランチ
又は 定番の豚肩ロースです。
今月のスペシャルランチ「ベガススストリップ」？
牛ローストビーフみたいなので注文しました。
直ぐにお水とパンが運ばれて来ます。
大箱ですがキッチンは2名なので大忙し！
お肉は注文毎に焼いてますのでタイミングで少し時間がかかります。
ベガススストリップが分からず検索
アメリカンビーフの希少部位（１頭で1kg以下？）
肩甲骨についている肉でヒレを上回る上質な肉質
和名では「あまみすじ」と呼ばれる。
約15分でメインが運ばれて来ました。

火の通りも丁度良い感じのレアですね！
赤身の中心部は柔らかく、旨味が強く美味しいです
端の方は少し筋があり硬かったかな…
ソースは粒マスタードソースとシンプルな感じです。
付け合わせ
キャベツ、ニンジン、レンコン、ミニ茄子、椎茸
どれもしっかりローストされていて美味しいです。
フッオカッチャもモチッと美味しいです。

美味しい赤身の希少部位が食べれて良かったです。
ボリュームは定番の豚肩ロースが倍以上あるかな…
今回のスペシャルメニューはCPが少し低いかも？
付け合わせもしっかり美味しく
メインの味、ボリューム、CPともに充分満足レベル
老舗ですし高評価です。
