ひとりで、週末、まだ、早めの時間にて。
カウンター席に通された。
ひとつ目、遊穂を熱燗にしてもらった。
結穂のスペックは未確認。
突き出しに、フキのキンピラ。渋くてよかった。
それと、出汁をお猪口に入れたの。
春菊とシラスのサラダと言いつつ。ワカメと白菜の存在感の方が大きかったような。あと、ミニトマトとカツオ節。
梅を使ったオリジナルっほいドレッシングが良かったかも。
地ダコの明石巻き。明石焼きの地で出汁巻きっていうか、でも、まごうことなき、明石焼き。四角い明石焼きを箸で取り分けつつ、カツオ出汁の汁に浸しつつ食すべく。
日本酒をもうひとつ。
大嶺の三粒、火入れ、酒米は出羽燦々。山口の酒。
7勺にて。
「グレープフルーツの様な甘酸っぱさの中に、出羽燦々特有のふっくらとした香り豊かな味わいが特徴的」なんだそうで。
いろり焼きを名乗るわりには、焼きものメニューがさほどでもないかなって気もしたけど。
お伺いした日、カウンターにいらしてたひとり客は、いつものお客さん風で。ちょこっと飲んでらしてたりと。地元のヒトにも愛されてんのねって。
お支払いは４千円ちょい。まったりと飲むには便利な店なのかもしんない。
