東京、五反田のお店。
土曜の夜に予約をして伺いました。
店内の壁にはタップがずらりと並んでいてかなり期待できる雰囲気。
18:30までは3種の飲み比べができるのでそれから始めました。
・Knee Deep Deep Haze hazy IPA（カルフォルニア）
・Heretic EvilCousin IIPA internal IPA（カルフォルニア）
・ブラックタイドブリューイングホヤぼーや hazy iIPA（宮城）
を注文。
宮城の、ホヤぼーやの優勝でした！
hazy IPAのビールで香りが豊か。
癖も少なくフルーティーで飲みやすいビールでした。
料理もとても美味しく、なかでも豚の角煮串はホロホロでとろける逸品。
本場中華系のしっかり目の味付けでお酒が進みます。
マグロと里芋の燻製串も最高で、どちらも燻されていて香りが抜群。
お酒が進みました。
サプライズで連れのお祝いのプレートを事前にお願いしたところ、快く受けていただき完璧なタイミングで提供いただきました。
