店内はバルのようなカジュアルさを感じる雰囲気になっています。居酒屋ほど喧騒感もなく、気軽に訪れられそうです。⠀

席着くや否や、終日お得なハイボールとアサヒスーパードライを注文して、乾杯⠀

後々調べたら、土日祝月はさらにお得になるそうですね❗️⠀

とりあえずお寿司が食べたいということで、「お任せ握り 10貫」と「創作寿司 4貫」を頂きました！⠀

加えて、「明太ポテサラ」に、「たこわさ」、「鯨のレアカツ」、「焼きそば」などなど頂きました！⠀

お通しは、「ローストビーフとその下に大根おろし」。さっぱりとした味わいで、なかなか美味しいですね⠀

色々と食べていると、日本酒も飲みたくなるということで、高知の「久礼」を頂きました。⠀

またこちらのお店の方が山口出身とのことで、「獺祭」も置いているらしいです！⠀

中でも注目だったのが、「獺祭焼酎」。無知なのかもしれませんが、あまり飲んだことがなく興味本位で注文⠀

すると焼酎が苦手な方であれば、オススメしたいほどフルーティで口当たりが優しい印象！後々調べると、少数生産で、レアものだとか⠀

これはまた飲むしかないですね！⠀

いよいよ登場したお寿司はどれも美味しそう！大好きなホタテが入ってたのはめっちゃラッキーです✌️⠀

シャリは割と小さめな印象で、お米の取り過ぎを気にしている方には嬉しいですし、飲みがメインの方にも嬉しいですね⠀

そして、お待ちかねの創作寿司！⠀

手前から「炙り和牛とうに」「湯葉サーモン」「赤海老いくらチーズ」「うなぎフォアグラテリーヌ」を頂きました！⠀

創作料理というだけあって、他では食べられないような味わい！個人的には「うなぎフォアグラテリーヌ」が好みでした！⠀

色々と食べて、大満足した後に大好きな越後景虎を頂きフィニッシュ！⠀
⠀
カジュアルに訪れることができ、日本酒の種類も豊富なため、お酒好きの友人とまた訪れたいですね⠀
