【ビストロLanterne Rouge (ビストロ ランタンルージュ)】

グルメ友達と「ビストロLanterne Rouge」さんへ。
外観、内観含めお店は可愛い雰囲気でテンションが少し上がります♪
そんな可愛い雰囲気の中で今回はコースではなく、お店オススメのアラカルトで注文してみました(^-^)
まずは前菜の盛り合わせからいただきましたがトリュフと半熟玉子のウフマヨ、鴨のパテドカンパーニュ、牡蠣のコンフィ等6種類の盛り合わせになっておりいろんな見た目と味が楽しめおつまみにもピッタリ！！
次に黒カジキの瞬間燻製スモークですが、まずは目の前で燻製にして仕上げるというパフォーマンスを見てれ友達も盛り上がってました★☆
こういう時にムービーが食べログに乗せれないのが残念(笑)
味の方は燻製の香りとバター醤油の味がよく黒カジキを引き立てていました！！
とろける牛タンシチューはそのメニュー名のとおり、いや想像以上の牛タンの柔らかさとサイズの大きさにビックリ！！
そして美味しいです(￣￢￣)
肉巻きトリュフカルボナーラは初めて見るお料理でしたが、チーズがきいた濃厚なカルボナーラと上品な味わいで非常に柔らかい低温調理の牛モモ肉と一緒に食べると最高♪︎
そして最後にオススメされたトリュフ香るチーズケーキもトリュフバターの香りと甘すぎないチーズケーキの味のバランスがよく〆にふさわしい逸品でした！！
今回はアラカルトで注文しましたが、50種類以上が飲める2H単品飲み放題付きのコースも税込4,400円～あるようなので、今度はコースでお伺いしてみたいと思いました(^^)
