今日は相方と一緒に在宅勤務。あまり遠くに行けないので、近場で相方の希望する店に行くことに。昔カウンターでディナーを食べておいしかったこちらでランチをしてみたいと思い、再訪問。
11時45分ごろ、一番乗りだ。ただしその後から続々とお客が入ってくる。オフィス勤めの女性客が多いようだ。
五反田に引っ越してきてから、この店が新たに出来た記憶を思い出すが、もうオープン4周年と聞くと時間が経つのが早いように思う。
ランチメニューからパスタを洗濯する。Bのトマトソースパスタ（津軽とりと鶏ひき肉とナスのピリ辛トマトソース）を選択。相方はAのペペロンチーノ。これらをサラダとポタージュがつくセットで注文した。
店内はカウンターのほか、店の奥にテーブル席が空席ある。アクリル板等は設置されておらず、席数を減らしてもいないようだ。厨房には編集と、ホール担当の若い男性。食器類や店名の入った箸置きなど、ユーテンシルの細部がなかなか美しい。
サラダが出てくる。ピンク色のドレッシングにぎょっとするが、これは自家製のドレッシングで、ビネグレットのような風味がありつつ柔らかい味わいのドレッシングでおいしい。野菜も新鮮だ。
ポタージュとフォカッチャが出てくる。木製の皿はポタージュ置き場だったのね。フォカッチャは常温で、あまり印象には残らない。
トマトソースのパスタは、あっさりとしたトマトソースに、少し辛味の残る加減で、ハーブが終始効いていて香りが続く。津軽鶏とあるが、肉の旨味がソースを通じて伝わってくるように思う。麺はアルデンテで茹でられていて弾力が流石に丁度良い。
相方のペペロンチーノも、油分が気にならず、とは言え味わいの深いパスタ。海鮮に蕪という具材だが、蕪の水分で味が薄くなることもない。
いずれも上品な味わいで、近隣にあるハルモニアと比較すると甲乙つけがたいが、味がはっきりしているのは先方でこちらはより技巧が効いているように思われる。
