大崎広小路にあるピッツァのお店。石窯焼きのナポリピッツァを提供してくれる。サラダのドレッシングはクリーミーな玉ねぎドレッシングで少しピリッとして美味しい。我が家の自宅で奥さんが作る玉ねぎドレッシングと少し似ています。
ピザはもっちり、みずみずしく。見た目より軽くでジューシーでした
ピザに仕上げのオイルがかかってるんだけど、それもジューシーさの力になってるかな。2枚目のサラミとオリーブのピザは少しオイリーだったけどバランスのいい美味しいピザでしたー。
平日のランチタイムだからか1100円なのは安いです。
ランチはこのくらいの価格にしないと客はなかなか居ないのかもしれない。
最高峰のピッツァを食べ尽くす私としてはまだ何回も食べていない中では超最高とまでは言い切れないいけど。なかなかいい感じでしたよ。何回か来るとその実力は見えてくるような気がします。近くなので通いたくなる味です。
不動前のベーグル屋さんがここの姉妹店で、生地を極めて行くとさまざまなことにたどり着くのだろう。ピッツァ、ベーグルの次なる小麦粉研究の先には今度はうどん屋でも、出すといいのかもね。生パスタだって面白いかも知れないと楽しい小麦粉ワンダーランドを想像して見るのでした。
