Our homemade pizza dough is fermented for over 24 hours to bring out the aroma of the flour and enjoy the special taste! It boasts a light texture that is baked all at once in a high-temperature wood-fired oven. First, enjoy the deliciousness of the dough with a simple pizza such as Margherita or Marinara. We also offer items such as those made with the dry pasty salami ``Nduja'', which is representative of the Calabria region, and Quattro Formaggio, which is a luxurious combination of four types of cheese.
