1周年記念、無料キャンペーンで訪問後、美味しかったので定価1,000円をお支払いして再訪しました。

▪️濃厚雲丹つけ麺 1,000円
サラダ、テイクアウト用コーヒー付き
【メモ】
サラダは品数豊富でボリュームたっぷり。
お惣菜付きサラダというのがいいかも。
メインのつけ麺。
雲丹が前回の1/3の量に·····。(；A；)これは寂しい。
ちなみに、麺は開花楼。
茅場町人気イタリアン｢ロットチェント｣みたいな太麺ではなく、かなり細いタイプ。
玉ねぎのシャキシャキ感を活かした雲丹風味の温かいつけ汁が、麺と上手く絡みます。
つけ麺というよりパスタと言えばいいかも。
〆は、つけ麺の雲丹をご飯に乗せて、ミニ雲丹丼にしていただきました。
大のワサビ好きの私が思うぐらい、刻みワサビは、ツーンときます。
【まとめ】
前回同様、つけ麺は美味しかったですし、接客も良かったのです。
雲丹の量、次は増えてるといいなあ。
