聞いた話しによるとラム肉は低カロリーで含まれる

ジンギスカンと言えば北海道と言うイメージ…
しかし岩手県遠野市では昭和30年頃から羊肉が盛んに食されており、遠野市民にとってはかなり身近な料理だそうです。そして遠野のジンギスカンの特徴は焼き台にバケツを使って食べるスタイル。(バケツにジンギスカン鍋を乗せ焼くスタイル)
このバケツジンギスカンが遠野ジンギスカンの代名詞。
提供されるラム肉はオーストラリア産の肩肉、ランプ肉、ラムチョップ…これが実に新鮮で美味い！
すっかりこちらのジンギスカンの虜になってしまい、
2週連続で訪問。
ボリュームのあるチョレギサラダや焼き野菜は1人前用にもアレンジしてくれる気遣いも嬉しい。
本格的なジンギスカンを食べるのは人生初ですが、
こちらではおひとり様でもカウンターで気持ち良く
美味しいジンギスカンを楽しめます。
(もちろんテーブル席もあります。)
