In the early afternoon, you can feel that spring is approaching day by day. As the day approaches to say goodbye to Gotanda, where I will be moving to work this spring, I find myself searching for new restaurants around town. Today, I'm going to have lunch at trattoria e poi, which came up at the top of Tabelog search, so I'm going to use the map app to find it. When I arrived, I was guided to the counter in front of the open kitchen on the 2nd floor of the building where BONDS, a security company known only to those in the know, is tenanted. From today's pasta, I ordered Peperoncino with bluefin tuna, radish, and mizuna (includes 3 appetizers and a drink!) for 1,100 yen. Start with a plate of 3 appetizers. Cold pumpkin soup (chilled soup is refreshing in the spring weather. (Good!!) Marinated red sea bream from Ehime Prefecture (olive oil and lemon juice? So good!!) Zeppoline, an Italian Neapolitan dish (pizza dough mixed with green seaweed and fried, hot and crispy on the outside) (The inside is chewy, the flavor is salty, and the aroma of the ocean spreads out, making it delicious.) And the main dish is peperoncino with bluefin tuna, daikon radish, and mizuna.The mizuna has been replaced with mitsuba. Bluefin tuna is jaw meat. First of all, the plate is warm. good.
