この日は仕事の関係者と五反田で夕食会。
先方が予約してくれたお店（五反田 鮨まつもと）に向かいます。
大通りから少し入った場所にある飲食ビルの6階。
エレベーターを降りると和服姿の女性がカウンター席に案内してくれました。
清潔感のある白木のカウンターが良いですね。
ミシュランガイドで２年連続一つ星を獲得した「赤坂 鮨まつもと」が五反田に出店したそうなので期待が高まります。
【特上おまかせ握りコース】
・蜆の一番出汁
ホッとする優しいお味。
・握り（中トロ）
まずは中トロの握りから。
「シャリの大きさ、山葵の量をお好みでおっしゃって下さい」と大将。
・前菜５点盛り（蟹もずく・河豚煮こごり・川海老・銀杏・戻り鰹）
河豚の煮こごりと戻り鰹が絶品でテンション上がります。
・握り（平目・鰹・鯵）
赤酢のシャリはほんのり温かく優しい味わい。
・雲丹小丼（イクラの裏ごしソース）
イクラを裏ごししたソースの風味が雲丹の旨さをいっそう引き立てています。
・八寸（河豚唐揚げ・イカ雲丹・鮟鱇）
香ばしい衣の中は綿雪のように軽い河豚、舌の上でフワッと溶けます。
・雲丹ご飯（炙りクロムツ乗せ）
クロムツ（のどぐろ）の香ばしい風味を楽しみながら、しっかり脂が乗った旨みを堪能。
雲丹ご飯とクロムツの調和がすごく良かったです。
・握り（づけマグロ・金目鯛・小肌・白イカ）
厚く切られたネタは素材の味を活かした味つけ、煮きりや塩加減が絶妙です。
・茶碗蒸し
蟹が入った豪華な茶碗蒸しです。
・握り（大トロ炙り・穴子）
・手巻き（かんぴょう）
・玉子
・お吸い物
・ほうじ茶アイス
旬の食材の味が引き立つよう味付けは全体的に控えめ。
大将の人柄も良く、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
