不動前方面に行くと予約困難人気鮨店もありますが、駅徒歩圏内ではこれといったずば抜けた鮨店がない五反田、その分他のエリアで人気の鮨店が支店を出していてしのぎを削っているようですが、こちらも赤坂に本店がある鮨店の支店になります。
エレベーターが向かい合って配置されている珍しい作りのビルを6Fに上がり店内に入ると、正面にカウンター、右手と奥に個室もあるレイアウトです。カウンターの一番奥に案内されて、お酒と共にしじみ汁がまず提供されます。その後は中トロの握りが出て前菜という流れ、鮨店なので、まず握りというのは良いですね！
前菜は5点盛りでしたが、きちんと仕込みをされている品のラインナップでこれだけでかなりお酒を楽しめそうなので、日本酒をお願いしたところ、ちょうど黒龍のしずくがありますとのことでありがたくレア日本酒をいただきました。
その後は握りと並行してつまみが出てくるスタイルで、石垣鯛や鯵の握り、茶碗蒸しの味付け、烏賊、小丼、のどぐろ、伊勢海老、トロたく巻に雲丹やキャビアを上手く合わせられていて、雲丹を1貫出されるより楽しむことができ、大将の技を感じることができました。大将と少しお話しすると、若い頃から30年以上は鮨を握られているようで、確かに無駄な動きがなく、その経験が随所に反映されているようです。五反田で鮨を食べる際には選択肢の１店舗になるお店だと思います。
