五反田随一のラーメン屋彩音の下に出来てた京鴨メインのダイニングバー
今ならSNS投稿で鴨のレバ刺し ¥100キャンペーンをやってるので来てみました。
お店は半地下でシックな良い雰囲気。
店員さんも非常に丁寧で居心地良さそう。
頼んだのはこちら。

お通しからオシャレだなぁ
うにの新鮮さとかはないけど、ちょっテンション上がるよね。
●鴨のレバ刺し ¥100
オリーブオイルとディルで。
小さいがが甘みも感じる。
レバー独特の臭みは多少あるものの美味しい。
これが¥100は驚きでしかない。
●京鴨ロースのカルパッチョ ¥1080
これ美味いなー、今日の中では1番美味かった。
ほんのり炙られた炭火を感じるが、だいぶレア。
ほのかな炭の香りと京鴨のしっかりとした味わいが楽しめる。
バルサミコソースも程よい酸味が邪魔をせずgood
●ホタテの炭焼き 黒オリーブソース ¥980
うあー、これも旨い！
大振りのホタテをさっと炭火で炙ってある。
中はミディアムな感じで食感が良い。
●カツオの炭火たたき タバスコのサルサ ¥680
およそカツオのたたきからは想像できないビジュアル。
なんだこれは？
タバスコを感じることから、メキシカンなのか。
カツオのたたきと言うよりは、サルサにカツオが入ってる感じ。
これは白というより赤の方が合うかも。

どれもワイン食だなー
鴨メインってのは珍しいから嬉しい。
オシャレに丁寧なお皿を出してくれるし、そこまで高くもないから気軽に入れそう。
炭の使い方が上手そうだし、今度は肉の炭火焼き頼みたいな。
