五反田にあるお洒落でコスパ良く美味しい鴨料理居酒屋に行ってきました。
店内は和風モダンで綺麗な内装です。
カウンターもあるし、15人くらい入れる座敷もあるので、デートや大人数飲み会でも使えそうです。
お通しから雲丹茶碗蒸しが出てきて期待が膨らみます。
ここのオススメはお店の名前にも入ってる鴨です！
注文した「京鴨レバーとハツの炭火炙り刺し」は鴨らしい歯応えある食感ながら最終的に柔らかく噛み切れる食べ応えが美味しかったです！
それ以外にも「炭火焼きポルチーニのオムレツ」や「大山鶏のフリット」とかも珍しい食べ方で面白くそして美味しかった。
鴨といえば最後の締めは蕎麦なのですが、ここは珍しい味付けで蕎麦が食べれます。
頼んだのは「京鴨ボロネーゼそば」と「炭火焼きベーコンのカルボナーラ」。
どちらも蕎麦の概念を打ち壊す料理法ですがとても美味しいです！
ここに来たらぜひ締めで頼んで欲しい一品でした。
値段もそこまで高くないので普段の居酒屋に飽きて、でも美味しく食べたいという時にオススメのお店です！
(あと店名もタンジロウ繋がりで親近感がわきました。笑)
