Our signature dish is `` Okonomiyaki'', a flavor that has remained unchanged since our establishment! The dough is soaked in dashi stock and baked to incorporate air, making it fluffy and soft. We offer our products at reasonable prices so that you can enjoy this proud taste on a daily basis. In addition to ``pork balls'', ``squid balls'', and ``beef tendon balls'', you can also enjoy ``Modern Yaki'' with chewy noodles added for an additional 275 yen. The special sauce made with plenty of fruit goes perfectly with wine. Please enjoy it together.

When you come to SOURCE, be sure to try the Kansai-style ``Squid Yaki'' ◎This is our proud flour-based dish, where squid is kneaded into the dough and baked all at once using a special press machine. At our store, we offer a “deluxe version” of grilled squid with egg added! We also have toppings such as cheese, kimchi, green onions, and pickled ginger, so why not customize it to your liking?
