初モツすき焼き
初めての訪問でした。モツのすき焼き初めてでした。 最初のお通しの牛肉の佃煮がとてもジューシーでお通しのレベルを越える美味しいさでした。その他モツのすき焼きの前に一通りのお料理を頂きましたがどれも丁寧な味付けでとても美味しかったです。モツのすき焼きは臭みもなく野菜を追加し最後まで美味しく頂きました。このようなお店を知っているとなにかと便利だと思います。Find out more

Food Sukiyaki with domestic Japanese black beef offal◎
Motsu Sukiyaki is served in Nanbu ironware, which has excellent heat retention. You can enjoy not only the small intestine part of the cow like in a typical Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but also various other parts such as striped mackerel, gialla, minnow, and senmai. The staff will flambé it right in front of you, so please enjoy it with eggs. In addition to the standard shichimi chili pepper, we offer a variety of seasonings that you will never get tired of, such as yuzu shichimi and grape sansho.
