五反田西口に新しくオープンした牡蠣のお店です。
今日は仕事の都合がついたため一番乗りでの入店。
早速ビールを注文しました。
ビールはプラコップで提供されお代わりするときに同じプラコップなら安くなるというシステム。
昔三重の牡蠣小屋に行った時もビールはプラコップだったのを思い出しました。
そうこうしている間に生ガキの食べ比べが到着。
こういう事が出来るところが街の牡蠣料理屋さんのいいところですよね。
牡蠣の名産地で豪快に食べる牡蠣もすごくおいしいけど、どうしてもその土地の牡蠣だけになってしまう。
でも、こちらのお店では産地の違う牡蠣を食べ比べることができるわけです。
さらにおつまみをいくつかと、牡蠣の蒸し焼き。
生もいいけど、蒸し焼きもいいですよね。
ってか、本当に牡蠣って美味しい。
冬は真牡蠣が愉しめて、夏は岩ガキが愉しめるらしい。
季節が代わるのが楽しみなお店でした。
